Ideal for lightweight Alpine hut to hut hiking and winter walking, the Altus 42:47 has an extendable lid, increasing the volume by an extra 5 litres. Base and side compression straps create stability, while an easy-to-use hook and loop adjustable back length and forward pull hip belt adjustment achieve the perfect fit.

With U-shaped front opening and internal zipped divider, the Altus 42:47 features a front stash with large zipped pocket and large stretch mesh side pockets. Poles and ice axes are kept securely to hand with TipGripper walking pole attachments, HeadLocker axe attachment system, and daisy chain lash points. Made with tough Robic ripstop and weather-resistant HydroShield fabrics and ideal for hiking, mountaineering, and ski touring, the Altus 42:47 combines comfort with efficiency to keep you moving freely over varied mountain terrain.
